Tzatziki Dip

I loveeeee making a homemade tzatziki dip! I pop it on wraps, use it as a salad dressing, as a dip for vegetable sticks or just to snack on with some crackers! It is an absolute favourite of mine!

Depending on how much you want to make and your flavour preferences will depend on the quantities of the ingredients used. I personally make heaps at a time and love the taste of garlic and the zingy-ness (is that even a word?! haha) of the lemon juice! But as always, taste as you go to determine how much of the quantities you want to use!

I combine greek yogurt, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, salt and pepper and grated cucumber. (Now, if you want it nice and thick - more dip like consistency, squeeze out the moisture in the cucumber/if you want it runnier - more dressing like consistency you can leave the moisture in the cucumber). Mix it together and season to your liking!

(In this photo, I had left the moisture in the cucumber as I wanted it more of a dressing consistency!)

Enjoy! x
